Torrance research and the Ascension of Christ

I am a current PhD student at the University of Aberdeen and am looking for any recent articles or books that may have been written that relate directly or indirectly to Torrance's treatment of the doctrine of the ascension. I am currently working on putting together an analysis of T.F.T's doctrine of ascension and the creative ways he employs it to inform other doctrines, such as pneumatology, ecclesiology, and the Christian life. I would appreciate any or all leads. Thank you,

T.F. Torrance Theological Fellowship Blog

Welcome to the new T.F. Torrance Theological Fellowship blog!

This was set up to foster greater communication and interaction among our members between the times we have our annual meeting. We trust it will contribute to the "fellowship" dimension of our mission.

This blog will not be actively managed and so is a members only blog. Its contents will not be available to websearch engines. Members find out about it only through our membership list and by going to the blog address. All members may comment on all the postings.

There is a limit on the number of members (100) who can originate a post upon which everyone can comment. If you want to post something for members to comment on, you will need to receive an invitation from--well, me, for now. Accepting the invitation to join the blog will involve signing up for a (free) google.com account. After that you use their Blogger site to connect with our blog.

Request an invitation to post by sending me an email at: gdeddo@tftorrance.org. On the Subject line please be sure to put: Request to post.

It is possible to post more than just a sentence, or a paragraph or two, to start a discussion. You can upload documents as well for others to download, read, and comment on. Uploading documents is only available to those who have permission to post. But members can download and comment (and comment on other's comments!).

We should also thank our TFT TF webmaster, JoAnn McNeely, for setting up the free blogsite and giving me a bit of a tutorial to get it up and running. You may email her at: joann@trinitystudycenter.com

Thanks for joining us. I trust this venture will serve us in a new and edifying way.
